- All linen and towels, including beach towels provided

- Full kitchen with oven, double fridge, double dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso   coffee machine, toaster, kettle, basic pantry items

- Fibre wifi, tv's, washing machine & detergent, outdoor shower, books and games, heat pump for heating & cooling in lounge, panel heaters in every bedroom, body boards for free use. 

- Deck is fully fenced, restaurant & cafe just 1 minutes walk away, self check-in facility.  Please note access to the house is via stairs and one bedroom is upstairs.

- Bikes (2 adults & 2 children's bikes) and children's wetsuits available free for use if staying for longer than 5 days.

- Price is $300 per night (unless peak times).  This includes a full clean of the house and the washing of all linens when you leave. 

- Peak prices (school holidays, statutory holidays) from $400 (includes cleaning fee)

- Free cancellation within 14 days of arrival, 50% refund if within 5 days of arrival.  Covid related cancellations please contact me directly, no problem.

- Check-in is after 2pm

- Check-out is 10.30am

- No parties, animals or smoking
